Our Philosophy

At 8th House HR, we believe that integrity, honest communication and hard-work foster successful relations and business growth. We work closely with our clients to understand their challenges and goals, and develop solutions that are tailored to their unique needs, taking away some of the stress that inevitably comes with managing people. HR outsourcing allows us to support you but dramatically reduces the cost to you of hiring someone inhouse.
Our Story
Dealing with people in the workplace can be both the most rewarding and the most stressful part of any job. Nowhere is this more true than in our SMEs. Our previous work in HR consultancy, coupled with more than 20 years experience managing staff in different organisations, is the grounding from which 8th House has organically grown.
